During your stay should you experience any villa maintenance problems or issues please report these to our Staff.
Should you require a car/driver, nannies, activities, excursions or in-house dining our staff will also be able to assist you.
Should a problem occur outside our staff's normal working hours please contact our a/h contact (located in villa info folder)
Copy of Passports - You are required by law to be registered upon check in to the villa with local police. To assist villa staff please ensure that you have a photocopy of all guests passport per person. If you don't have a photocopy the Villa staff will need to access your passport to copy it.
Arrivals and Departures - Check in time: 2.00pm and Check out time: 11.00am (depending on other bookings these times may be flexible)
Please Note: if you are making your own transfer arrangements it is important that you notify us of your arrival time prior to your stay. We will need to ensure that there is a Villa Staff member present for access to your villa if your arrival time falls outside normal staff hours. Our villa staff will wait for a max 1 hour from your advised arrival time unless notified of any changes - please contact us asap if there are any changes to your arrival time
Late Checkout - We will do our best to accommodate late check-outs based on availability and time for our staff to clean before the next guest's arrival. Check out until 7pm will charged at 50% daily rate.
Airport Transfers - Our driver charges 200,000 Rp per transfer (paid direct to driver) for 1 car (max 4 people). Please advise your flight number and arrival time when requesting this service (a min of 1 week notice is appreciated)
Should your flight details change, i.e. delayed / arriving earlier than expected or change of date please email us ASAP so that your driver (if you have chosen this service) can be advised of these changes. Failure to advise us of late / cancellation changes may result in an extra fee payable to the driver.
Villa Staff Hours - Villa Kazari - Zen service staff work from 8.30 – 1 pm each day & their responsibilities include preparation of breakfast
(if booked), cleaning the villa and any maintenance. There will also be a gardener and pool man coming to the villa during your stay. If you require service outside these hours, this must be requested to us via email: email@example.com a minimum of 48 hours prior to your stay.
Pre-order Service - To make your arrival just that little more stress free we are happy to stock your fridge with a range of beverages/snacks. You can make your request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org a minimum of 48 hours prior to your arrival. Payment for your beverages/snacks will need to be paid to staff on arrival.
Accessories - Toiletries & Power Adaptors are not supplied.
Laundry/Linen - Linen / pool towels are provided for use in the villa only (please ask staff for towels for the beach etc). Sheets and Bath towels are changed every 2nd day - please advise staff if you need extra towels (extra fee may apply) Should you require laundry services our staff are only too happy to assist you by sending your clothes to the laundry (cost to guest). Please note your laundry will be returned the following day.
Damages, breakages or losses - Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Kazari Zen Management reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage, noise or mess
Insurance - We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Responsibility - Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
Noise - Please be aware that music and all other noise must be kept to a low level after 10 pm at night and must cease completely by 11:00 pm. Any guest refusing to adhere to these noise restrictions will be subject to police action if complaints are received from neighboring villas.
Personal Injury & Belongings - The owners cannot be held responsible in any way for accidents or injuries caused to any persons whilst staying at the property. No responsibility is accepted for any damage caused to cars or personal belongings, which remain at the risk of the guests at all times
Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Villa. Guests smoking in the area immediately outside the Villa are respectfully requested to protect the environment and dispose of their cigarettes in a responsible and tidy manner. Please be extra careful to avoid any danger of starting a fire.
Swimming Pool - Swimming Pools can be extremely dangerous for unsupervised children and teenagers, as well as adults swimming alone. Swimming pool accidents can happen to anyone, regardless of swimming ability.
Should you require temporary pool fencing please contact us a minimum of 48 hours prior to your stay (Additional fees apply)
We request that you do not sit in wet swimming attire on the inside furniture of the villa.
Power - Power charges are included in the villa nightly rate, however we ask you to be responsible with electricity and water.
Please switch off lights, air conditioners and other appliances when not in use to help save the environment and to keep our villa rates affordable.
